Hi, I’m Elle.
I created the Frame Shift Method because I needed it myself.
For a long time, I was doing all the right things. From the outside, things looked good. But inside, something was off. I couldn’t quite name it, but I felt like I was moving through life on autopilot… succeeding, but not deeply connected to why any of it mattered.
When I finally slowed down enough to really look inward, things started to open. I saw what had been draining me. I remembered what actually mattered. I began making decisions with more calm, more clarity, and more conviction.
I realized I didn’t need to be more productive, I needed space.
Space to stop, reflect, and get radically honest with myself.
And when I gave myself that space, everything changed.
Not overnight, or all at once, but over time, real clarity started to surface.
I stopped second-guessing myself. I started building a life that felt aligned, inside and out.
I’m not a therapist. I didn’t follow a traditional path.
What I’ve built here didn’t come from a textbook, it came from lived observation, deep reflection, and a relentless commitment to understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface.
The Frame Shift Method began as a self-guided course. But over time, I saw how much more powerful it was when offered in a guided container. When reflection meets support, internal shifts are witnessed and integrated in real time.
This is the space I always wished existed.
This is the work I now hold space for.
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You just need space to finally see yourself clearly.
