Hi, I’m Elle.
I’ve always been drawn to clarity, to truth, and to honesty. I’m the kind of person who says what I mean, and tries to live in alignment with what feels real. That honesty has sometimes gotten me into trouble, but it has also been the most reliable compass I’ve ever known.
There have been seasons when I lost my way, when I wasn’t living from my fullest clarity. But clarity has always had a way of finding me again, pulling me back to what’s true, even when it was inconvenient or uncomfortable.
That devotion eventually brought me to a crossroads in a relationship that, on the surface, looked good. There was care, stability, even love. I learned so much inside of it. But underneath, something was off. What I wanted most—a willingness to reflect, to grow, to truly see ourselves—wasn’t met.
I chose to commit to myself, to my clarity, and to the life I wanted to create. I resolved that I would rather be single, with space to reflect and grow, than stay in a relationship that couldn’t meet me in truth.
That moment changed everything.
Since then, I’ve treated clarity as a daily practice, one that continues to reshape my relationships, my work, and the way I move through life. My background in psychology and world religions has always fueled this devotion. I’ve spent years studying how people make meaning, how belief and emotion shape our choices, and how reflection creates real change. That foundation, paired with lived experience, is what anchors this method.
It also led me to the partnership I have now.
When my partner and I came together, we made an agreement:
to speak the truth, even when it’s messy;
to give space when it’s needed;
and to always return to honesty and care.
That agreement became the ground where these practices were lived, tested, and refined. Our relationship continues to be a living space for clarity.
And finally, I want to say this: nothing brings me greater joy than creating space for a woman to illuminate her shadows and find her clarity. Walking this path alongside so many women who choose to step into this work is awe-inspiring. Watching them shed old patterns, find their voices, and transform their lives reminds me again and again why I devote myself to this path.
Because clarity doesn’t just affect you ~ it ripples.
The Frame Shift Method is a reflection chamber: a place where clarity is magnified, where the shifts of one are witnessed by many, and where stuck patterns give way to lasting change.
If you feel drawn toward clarity, this is your invitation.
