Hi, I’m Elle.
I’ve always been drawn to clarity. To truth. To honesty.
I’ve always been the kind of person who says what I mean and tries to live in alignment with what feels real. And while that honesty has sometimes gotten me into trouble, it has also been the most constant compass I’ve ever known.
Of course, there have been seasons where I lost my way. Times where I wasn’t living in my fullest clarity. But clarity has always had a way of finding me again, pulling me back to what’s true, even when it was inconvenient or uncomfortable.
That devotion to clarity is what eventually brought me to a crossroads in a relationship that, on the surface, looked good. There was care. Stability. Even love. I learned so much inside of it. But underneath, something was off. What I wanted most, a willingness to reflect, to grow, to truly see ourselves, wasn’t met.
That moment marked a turning point. I chose to commit to myself, to my clarity, and to the life I wanted to create. I resolved that I would rather be single, with all the space to reflect and grow, than stay in a relationship with someone unwilling to meet me there.
That choice changed everything.
Since then, I’ve been committed to clarity every single day, as a lifelong practice. Clarity has reshaped my relationships, my work, and the way I carry myself through life.
It also led me to the partnership I have now. When my partner and I came together, we made an agreement:
We would speak the truth. Even if it was messy.
We would give space when needed.
And we would always come back together with honesty and care.
That agreement became the ground where these practices were lived, tested, and refined. Our relationship continues to be a space where clarity is so alive.
His presence has been steady and essential, both as a catalyst for the lessons behind this method, and as the support that allows this work to reach the world. This method would not exist without him.
And lastly, I just want to say this: there’s nothing that brings me greater joy than creating space for a woman to illuminate her shadows and find her clarity.
Walking this path alongside the women and incredible people who step into this work is awe-inspiring. Witnessing them shed old patterns, find their voices, and transform their lives reminds me again and again why I devote myself to this path.
Because clarity doesn’t only affect you. It ripples.
The Frame Shift Method is a reflection chamber: a place where clarity is magnified, where the shifts of one are witnessed by many, and where stuck patterns give way to lasting change.
If you feel drawn toward clarity, this is your invitation.
